• - Purchasing on the account of GIPAC
• - Subcontracting slaughter houses
  

2. Supply :

• - selling of stocks according to market needs,
• - managing / adjusting sales of broiler.

Table eggs

1- adjustment of table eggs supplies through:

• importation of hatching eggs for breeding laying chicken.
• early adjustments or extension of laying breeders and / or laying chickens production cycle.
• puncture of hatching eggs intended for laying.
• exportation of diverse products.

2- building up of strategic reserves of eggs through:

• Purchasing on the account of GIPAC
• Storing by subcontractors (with GIPAC taking charge of the storing cost)

3- Supply

• Selling of stocks according to the expressed regional demand.
• Organizing and targeting sales of egg production to consuming areas.
