- - Purchasing on the account of GIPAC
- - Subcontracting slaughter houses
2. Supply :
- - selling of stocks according to market needs,
- - managing / adjusting sales of broiler.
Table eggs1- adjustment of table eggs supplies through:
- importation of hatching eggs for breeding laying chicken.
- early adjustments or extension of laying breeders and / or laying chickens production cycle.
- puncture of hatching eggs intended for laying.
- exportation of diverse products.
2- building up of strategic reserves of eggs through:
- Purchasing on the account of GIPAC
- Storing by subcontractors (with GIPAC taking charge of the storing cost)
3- Supply
- Selling of stocks according to the expressed regional demand.
- Organizing and targeting sales of egg production to consuming areas.
